Carbonated drinks are a storehouse of a large amount of sugar, which stimulates the work of the sebaceous glands, phosphates. They, in turn, damage the collagen of the skin, which leads to a loss of elasticity, as well as simple carbohydrates (glucose, sucrose, etc.), which turn into fat very quickly. Carbonated drinks also slow down the metabolism.

Alcohol. Regular consumption of alcoholic beverages affects the amount of moisture in the skin, worsens the condition of the capillaries, destroys the walls of blood vessels. In addition, studies show that alcohol increases the risk of developing rosacea (a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by reddening of the face).

Alcohol mixed with carbonated drink or juice will spike your blood sugar levels.

Smoothies and fruit juices in large quantities can harm beauty. The condition of our skin depends on the intestinal microflora. As a result of the processing of fruits and vegetables, they lose the fiber necessary for the human body.

What's more, a glass of smoothie can hold a much larger amount of fruit that a person can eat at a time. As a result, an excess of fructose enters the body, which negatively affects the condition of the skin.

The ideal option would be to eat vegetables and fruits whole, rather than churning them with a blender.

Seafood contains a large amount of nutrients and vitamins, but in some cases, this is what becomes a problem. Shrimps, mussels and other shellfish are rich in iodine, which clogs pores. Seafood is also one of the strongest allergens.

To avoid skin problems, it is necessary to eat seafood in moderation and give preference to fish containing Omega-3 fatty acids.
