On March 19, Ashgabat will host a meeting of the Administrative and Budgetary Committee of the International Exhibitions Bureau (BIE), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reports.
The meeting will serve as a platform for reviewing the financial and administrative agenda of the BIE and will strengthen the role of Turkmenistan in the international exhibition community.
Turkmenistan is a member of the Administrative and Budgetary Committee of the BIE for the period 2024-2025.
The country actively participates in global and specialized exhibitions in accordance with the implemented «Concept for the Development of International Exhibition Activities of Turkmenistan for 2024-2025».
BIE Secretary General Dimitri Kerkentzes arrived in Ashgabat to participate in the meeting. Let us recall that today he met with the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov to discuss prospects for further cooperation.
