Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a congratulatory message to the head of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the celebration of Novruz, asmannews.ru reports.
In his address, the Russian leader noted the successful development of bilateral relations in the format of deep strategic partnership. Putin expressed confidence that through joint efforts, the countries will continue to build up mutually beneficial cooperation for the benefit of the peoples of both countries, as well as to strengthen security and stability in Central Asia and the Caspian region.
In conclusion of the message, the Russian President wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health and success, and all citizens of Turkmenistan – happiness and prosperity.
