On October 25, a meeting was held in Ankara between the Director General of the State Association “Turkmenatlary” (“Turkmen Horses”) Ahmed Berdyev and the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Türkiye Ahmed Gümen.
The main topic of the meeting was the development of cooperation in various areas of the equestrian industry, including the exchange of experience between Turkmenistan and Türkiye in organizing equestrian competitions, developing equestrian sports and expanding tourism potential in this area.
The possibilities of exchanging teaching methods in educational institutions of the two countries in animal husbandry, horse breeding and veterinary science were also considered.
The Turkmen delegation presented the book of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “The Horse – a Symbol of Loyalty and Happiness”, translated into Turkish, to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Türkiye, the press service of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Ankara reported.
