President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution on awarding the following foreign citizens with the Turkmenistan Commemorative Badge “Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna”:

Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States Omuraliev Kubanychbek,

Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) Raev Sultanbay Akimovich,

Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Asad Majid Khan,

Deputy Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Janesh Kane,

Chairman of the General Conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Simon-Mirel Miculescu,

As reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan, the commemorative sign “Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 yyllygyna” was awarded for special merits in the study and popularization in the world of the creative heritage of the great thinker and poet Magtymguly Fragi, building up relations with independent neutral Turkmenistan, strengthening the bonds of friendship, brotherhood and cooperation between peoples in the era of the Renaissance of a new era of a powerful state, as well as on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Turkmen classic poet Magtymguly Fragi.
