The Turkmen delegation is taking part in the XVII Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia of the CIS, which is being held in the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan (RF) on September 17-19.
According to the website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, about 200 representatives from CIS countries are taking part in the forum.
The theme of the Forum is “The Commonwealth of Independent States: Common Values and Cultural Diversity” and involves discussing plans for cooperation taking into account modern realities and identifying priority areas and forms of work.

The event will include meetings of heads of specialized humanitarian associations of the CIS, round tables of filmmakers, heads of creative universities, and specialists in organizing inclusive projects.
The Forum was organized by the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS Member States.
On the opening day of the forum, a concert of the CIS Youth Symphony Orchestra and the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Bashkortostan was held in the “Bashkortostan” State Concert Hall, which included a brilliant performance by Turkmen musicians and the chief conductor of the State Symphony Orchestra of Turkmenistan, Rasul Klychev.
