Personnel decisions in the judicial system were made by the President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov, signing the Decree on the appointment and dismissal of court judges and assigning them qualification classes.
As reported by TDH, in accordance with Articles 54, 72 and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan «On the Court», the head of state decided:
- To appoint Bashimov Ovezmyrat Sapargeldievich as deputy chairman of the Balkan Velayat Court;
- To appoint Rozyev Atajan Akmyradovich as a judge of the Kaakhka Etrap Court of the Ahal Velayat, dismissing him from the post of judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Kopetdag Etrap Court of the city of Ashgabat;
- Appoint Suhanberdiyeva Yazjemal Sultanmuratovna as a judge of the Akdepe etrap court of the Dashoguz velayat and assign her the 5th qualification class;
- Appoint Annayev Ezizmyrat Akmyradovich as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Bagtyyarlyk etrap court of the city of Ashgabat and assign him the 5th qualification class;
- Appoint Rahymov Bayramgeldi Charyberdiyevich as a judge for administrative and enforcement proceedings of the Kerki etrap court of the Lebap velayat and assign him the 5th qualification class.
