Iranian footballer of Turkmen origin Serdar Azmoun began preparations for the new season as part of “Bayer” Leverkusen. The striker published on his social network page photos from the first training session, where he is preparing for the start of the 2024/2025 season.
It is worth noting that Azmoun recently returned to Germany from Iran, where he spent part of his vacation. He spent the previous season on loan in the Italian “Roma”, playing 29 matches in all tournaments, in which he scored three goals and four assists.
It was previously reported that “Sevilla” are interested in Azmoun.
Last season, “Bayer”, under the leadership of Spanish specialist Xabi Alonso, became the German champion for the first time in history.
