President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to US President Joseph Biden on the occasion of Independence Day of the United States of America, TDH reports.

“The head of state expressed his commitment to further improving mutually beneficial relations between Turkmenistan and the United States of America, based on the principles of mutual respect, understanding and trust,” the message says.
