A group of Turkmen pilgrims, having gone to perform Hajj to Mecca and Medina, gave sadaka in honor of the Eid al-Adha holiday. The MIC reports this.
As we previously reported, according to the order of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, 289 pilgrims are allowed to go to Saudi Arabia to perform the Hajj from June 10 to July 9.
A special flight to deliver pilgrims to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and back is organized at the expense of the Turkmenistan Agency.
Let us remind that as part of the 2024 Hajj season, Turkmenhowayollary will organize 10 special flights to transport Turkmen pilgrims to Saudi Arabia.
The agreement to perform the Hajj in 2024 was signed by the Office of the Mufti of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in early January 2024.
