Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko will take part in a meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the CIS in Ashgabat, BELTA reports.
According to the source, a meeting between Roman Golovchenko and the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov is also planned during the working visit.
Let us remind that the draft agenda for the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth includes 12 issues. Council members will exchange views on current topics of economic cooperation in the CIS.
The parties will also discuss draft concepts for cooperation in the energy sector and a plan of priority measures for its implementation, as well as an action plan to optimize infrastructure and develop international transport corridors passing through the territories of the CIS member states.
Another issue on the agenda of the Council of Heads of Government is the declaration of Ashgabat as the City of New Sports Opportunities of the CIS.
