The Turkmenistan women's Esports team won a 2:0 victory over the Iranian team in a friendly Counter Strike tournament. This match was organized within the framework of the national team's preparation for the upcoming World Esports Championship.
Chairman of the National Federation of Electronic Sports of Turkmenistan Mekan Eyeberdyev noted: “The Federation has made significant efforts to qualitatively train the female team, and at the moment we can confidently say that our team is determined to continue to conquer the heights of professional e-sports”.
The matches, held in the online BO3 format (Best of 3 - a game of up to two victories), attracted the attention of the Esports community not only for the high level of play, but also for the skill of the players.
