The Turkmenistan national football team will take to the field in white uniforms in the 2026 World Cup qualifying match with the Iranian team, the FFT press service reported.
The group E meeting will be held tomorrow, March 26, at the “Ashgabat” multifunctional stadium. The match is scheduled to start at 20:00 local time.
In anticipation of this match, today, March 25, head coach Mergen Orazov’s wards will hold an open training session for media representatives. The event will begin at 17:00. After this, at 18:00, an official press conference of the Turkmenistan national team will be held.
At 18:30, journalists will be able to ask questions to the coaching staff and players of the Iranian national team. Then, at 19:00, Iranian football players will go out for pre-match training.
It is worth noting that all events will be held on the territory of the “Ashgabat” stadium. Training sessions for both teams will be held on the central playing field, and press conferences will be held in the arena conference room.
