On March 16, a grandiose event will be held in The Hague (Netherlands) - the International Charity Festival Les Mills Bodycombat, uniting the world in the fight against cancer. More than 1000 participants will take part in the largest 5-hour training session, which will be conducted by 53 instructors from 25 countries.
Turkmenistan will be represented at this prestigious event by Elena Grigoryants, the only international certified instructor of Les Mills programs in the country. Thanks to her professionalism, incredible energy and love for Bodycombat, she passed the strict selection process and will proudly march under the Turkmen flag at the opening ceremony of the festival.
Elena's journey in the fitness industry began in 2016 after graduating with honors from the Ben Weider College of Fitness and Bodybuilding. She launched her original Bodysculpt program, which became a hit in Ashgabat. In 2019, Elena completed training in the Les Mills Bodycombat program - the most exciting group training in the world, which was received enchantingly in Turkmenistan.
Over 6 years of Bodycombat practice, Elena Grigoryants has reached the highest level of program management according to experts and Les Mills fans. Her unique methodology and skill allowed her to earn the honor of representing Turkmenistan at the International Festival in The Hague.
In addition to an impressive sports education, including diplomas as an instructor, master trainer, nutritionist and kinesiotaping specialist, Elena is a certified presenter of 5 iconic Les Mills programs: Bodycombat, Bodybalance, Grit, Bodypump and has Advanced status in Bodycombat.
In 2022, Elena Grigoryants acted as a presenter at the international fitness convention in Astana. Now a new challenge awaits her - the Charity Festival in The Hague, where she will be the only representative from the CIS countries.
