Three FIFA referees from Turkmenistan - Resul Mamedov, Arslan Goshanov and Charymyrat Gurbanov - took part in the Central Asian Football Association (CAFA) refereeing seminar, which was held from January 20 to 24 in Tashkent.
During the seminar, changes to the rules introduced by FIFA in football competitions for 2024 were discussed. This provided an opportunity for Turkmen arbitrators to update their knowledge and improve their skills. In addition, the seminar allowed them to exchange experiences with colleagues from other countries and receive valuable recommendations for further refereeing of international matches.
