The New Year's concert “Dream” with the participation of Turkmen pop stars and a pop symphony orchestra was held at the Mukams Palace of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan.
Honored artists of Turkmenistan Leyla Okdirova and Selbi Annadurdyeva performed such works as “Blizzard” (from the musical “Anna Karenina”), “It’s Snowing”, “Three White Horses”. The theme of the songs immersed the audience in the atmosphere of a snowy winter.
World-famous compositions, including Besame mucho, Yesterday, Sherine, Libertango, Bella ciao and others performed by the orchestra, gave the evening a lyrical and romantic mood.
Begench Moshiyev’s performance with the song “My Only One” fell in love with the public, especially his fair half.
The concert ended with the song “Ashgabat” performed by People’s artist of Turkmenistan Atajan Berdyev. The video showed a panorama of the snow-white capital with modern architecture, fountains and parks, reports the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.
