At the beginning of December 2023, a series of magnetic storms is expected, which may affect the health of weather-dependent people. The website Rsute.ru reports this.
From December 1 to 3, they promise a weak disturbance of the Earth’s magnetic field - up to 2 points. It will not be felt by people and will not cause any inconvenience.
Beginning the evening of December 3, geomagnetic activity will intensify to the level of a minor storm of 3, which will peak on December 4. During this period, weather-sensitive people are advised to:
- minimize physical and psychological stress;
- relax and avoid stress.
According to experts, from December 4 to 7, the inhabitants of the Earth will experience the highest level of magnetic waves - up to 5 points. The most intense day may be December 5.
From December 7 to December 11, the geomagnetic field will calm down to level 2.
To survive magnetic storms, experts advise getting full sleep during this period, drinking more water, normalizing your sleep patterns, taking vitamins, walking in the fresh air, and getting as many positive emotions as possible.
