The Union of Economists of Turkmenistan and the economic society “Arassa Nusga”, with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, announce the recruitment of trainees / interns for the “Internship Program for Small and Medium Businesses in Turkmenistan”.
The objectives of the program are to promote youth employment by providing them with internship opportunities in local private companies, as well as to improve the skills and knowledge of local companies in the search and selection of personnel among young people who are students and graduates of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions.
Program participants will be able to complete a two-month internship / practice in leading private companies in Turkmenistan.
Students of 3rd and 4th year universities and professional educational institutions of Turkmenistan, as well as university graduates not older than 25 years old, regardless of the place of study, are invited to participate in the program.
Applicants will be selected on a competitive basis. Selected candidates will undergo preparatory training and, in accordance with their qualifications and skills, will be sent to the company for a two-month internship. The planned start of the program is October 2023. The further decision on permanent employment in companies remains with the companies.
