According to her, Chinese President Xi Jinping invited the presidents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan to pay a state visit to China from May 16 to 20.
Chunying also said that the invited presidents, who will be joined by the head of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, will take part in the “China-Central Asia” summit.
The summit will be held in Xi'an, the capital of Shaanxi Province, under the chairmanship of Xi Jinping.
