“Milan” head coach Stefano Pioli won the Panchina d'Oro award at the end of last season, writes “Match TV”.
This award is given annually to the best coach of the Italian Championship, based on a vote among coaches.
In addition to Pioli, “Napoli” head coach Luciano Spalletti and former “Salernitana” coach Davide Nicola also claimed the award.
“I want to share this award with all the special people who work with us, with the management and, above all, with the players, who are the most important part of all this work”, - said the “Rossoneri” coach in an interview with Sky Sport Italia.
Let us note that last season, “Milan” again became the champion of Serie A after 11 years, after the last triumph.
