Today, Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov, who is on a working visit to Tokyo, met with the Chairman of the Japanese-Turkmen inter-parliamentary friendship group Toshiaki Endo.
During the meeting, noting the significant role that parliamentary diplomacy has acquired in recent years, the proposals and initiatives put forward by the chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in order to further develop inter-parliamentary partnership were discussed, reports the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry.
