A unique Nuclear Medicine Center will open soon in Kazakhstan, built on the basis of the medical cluster of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The other day, the head of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, personally got acquainted with the pre-launch preparation of a new clinic, reports the sng.today portal.

The innovative center will be able to detect in the early stages, practically undiagnosed cancer symptoms, cardiological and neurological pathologies.

As reported in press service of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, all citizens who have arrived with a referral for treatment will be able to use the services of the clinic.

Special attention in the center is paid to the diagnostic unit, the hallmark of which is the positron emission computed tomography scanner.

There are no analogues of this equipment in the CIS countries at present time. Its unique feature is high scanning speed and maximum diagnostic quality.

It is noted that these factors will increase the number of patients from 3 to 7 thousand per year.
