On August 22, Turkmen football specialist Kurban Berdyev will hold the first match as the head coach of the Iranian “Tractor” club. On this day, the 2022/23 season of the Iranian championship starts.
“Tractor” will play its first official match on the road against “Gol Gohar” from Sirjan.
Meanwhile, Berdyev's team is preparing for the new season in Tabriz.
The Persian Gulf Pro League, also called the Iranian Pro League, is the top division of Iran's football league system, in which participate 16 football clubs of the country.
Kurban Berdyev was appointed as the head coach of the Iranian “Tractor” football club on June 19. The team noted the high class of the coach from Turkmenistan and his achievements with the Russian clubs “Rubin” and “Rostov”. Berdyev was appointed not only the head coach, but also the technical director, that is, he will manage the entire football infrastructure of the team.
