From July 15 to 25 in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) the Asian youth and junior weightlifting championship will be conducted, reports the official website of the NOC of Uzbekistan.
On the tournament will participate more than 300 weightlifters from 21 country.
The honored guests of the Championship will be the leadership of the International Weightlifting Federation led by Mohammad Djaloud, the newly appointed head of the IWF.
The Asian Youth and Junior Weightlifting Championships will be held at the “Yunusabad” Sports Complex in Tashkent. The contests will be held every day at 11:00 am Ashgabat time, and the evening program will be held at 19:00.
