The representative office of Turkmenistan Airlines in Russia on its official website once again explained the procedure for issuing air tickets from Kazan to Turkmenabat for citizens of Turkmenistan.
“We are sensitive to your problems and the wish to fly home. We ask you to be sympathetic to our requests, it will help us to reply your inquiries more effectively. That is why one again we request you to send only one letter to avia@itmgroup.ru mail, in which you send only a photo of your passport, intended flight date and contact number.
We respond all mails in corresponding priority and the lists are formed by dates. Do not send several mails with the same information, it clogs the mails and hampers our work.
At present moment, all tickets for June 8 have been sold, sales for the remaining dates are not yet open. As the departure dates open, everyone on the open date lists will receive information about the cost and payment method. We hope for understanding,” the appeal says.
Let’s remind that “Turkmenistan” Airlines resumed flights to Kazan and Dubai after a two-year break related to the pandemic.
