A competition among artists, designers, students and citizens to develop a national trade brand will be held in Turkmenistan. It will be organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the participation of relevant ministries and departments. Deputy Prime Minister Chary Gylyjov reported this at a government meeting today, announced the news program “Watan” of the Turkmen television.
According to him, the production of goods and the provision of high quality services under the brand name “Made in Turkmenistan” will have a positive impact on increasing the prestige of the country in the world market, expanding export potential and attracting investment.
The head of state approved the development of the national brand “Made in Turkmenistan” and instructed to look for new formats and approaches, noting that Turkmen designers should be guided by the study of best practices in this area in accordance with international standards, including using digital systems.
According to the President of the country, it is necessary to improve the ongoing work to create conditions for the active promotion and implementation of the plans, having addressed the Deputy Prime Minister with a number of specific instructions.
