On the occasion of the 14th anniversary of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan establishment, an Exhibition of Achievements of SPPT will be held in Ashgabat on April 12-13, 2022. This was reported to the Head of State by Deputy Prime Minister Chary Gylyjov during a meeting of the country’s Cabinet of Ministers held today, the Information Program "Watan" of the Turkmen Television reports.
Over 200 exhibitors specializing in various areas of private business will present their accomplishments at the Exhibition of Achievements of the Union’s members.
Gylyjov also informed that a Conference was timed to coincide with the day of the SPPT establishment, during which the achievements of the country's business community and new tasks related to the implementation of measures for the development of the non-state sector defined in the National Program of Social and Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052 would be discussed.
Giving instructions on the organization of the upcoming Exhibition and Conference at a high level, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed that the rates of the country’s economic development and its transition to the market relations directly depend on the success of entrepreneurs.
To recap, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan was established in March 2008. Today, the SPPT is a large public organization that unites more than 27 thousand businessmen employed in various sectors of the economy as well as in the service sector.
