The head of Turkmenistan sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of Kazakhstan on the occasion of the Novruz spring holiday. Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed his best wishes to Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and fraternal people of Kazakhstan, informs the official website of the head of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
