Isaac Herzog congratulated Serdar Berdimuhamedov on his victory in the presidential elections in Turkmenistan

The President of Israel Isaac Herzog congratulated Serdar Berdimuhamedov on his election to the post of President of Turkmenistan. The congratulatory text was published in today’s issue of the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.

“On behalf of the Israel State, express my warmest congratulations on your victory in the elections and wishes for success at the post of President of Turkmenistan.

We hope for the further joint work in expanding bilateral ties in areas of common interest, in accordance with the national priorities of Turkmenistan.

Also express my warmest congratulations on the upcoming Novruz Holiday occasion and wishes vast fields with a plentiful harvest to your people, full-flowing rivers and many other gifts of nature. The celebration of this wonderful spring celebration is in the traditions of both our peoples and symbolizes new beginning.

For the last years humanity has learned to value the importance of each association and at the same time our community.

I am confident, that our joint ties will serve to strengthen cooperation between the two peoples.

I look forward to joint activities to develop our relations between our countries with the aim of strengthening peace, prosperity and friendship”, says the message.

As a reminder, the extraordinary presidential elections were held in Turkmenistan on March 12, as a result of which the President of the country was elected Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
