President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov digitally held a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, at which important issues of public life were discussed, TDH reports.

The meeting discussed bills being developed in the Mejlis, the introduction of digital technologies in various areas, the progress of spring agricultural work and preparations for upcoming holiday events.

Chairman of the Mejlis D. Gulmanova informed about the work on the draft new edition of the Civil Code and the Law of Turkmenistan “On the cultural heritage of Magtymguly Fragi”. Deputy Prime Minister H. Geldimyradov reported on measures to introduce digital systems, including in the Pension Fund.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahalliyev reported on sowing cotton, caring for wheat fields and preparing for the harvesting campaign. The organization of events for the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Fragi and the National Day of the Turkmen Horse on April 28 was also discussed.

The head of state focused on improving legislation, developing digitalization and timely implementation of agricultural work. Relevant instructions were given to government members.
