Visitors of the Turkmen pavilion at the World Exhibition EXPO 2020 in Dubai have the opportunity to take a virtual tour introducing the priceless historical collections of the State Museum of the State Cultural Center of the country. The newspaper "Neutral Turkmenistan" reports it.
The new video tour introduces the historical part of the exposition of the State Museum, where exhibits are presented that tell of the people of the Stone Age and the first farmers, of the unique civilization of the Bronze Age Altyn Depe, the mysterious country of Margush, the Parthian Empire and the brilliant dynasties of the Muslim East, up to the late Middle Ages.
In Turkmenistan, the museology is a priority direction of cultural development, and study of the Turkmen people history, preservation and popularization of their material and spiritual heritage in the world are the most important tasks of the state policy.
The funds of the State Museum are of particular importance, where artifacts of the centuries-old history of Turkmenistan are collected. The Museum's collections made it the largest research and educational center in the country.

Recall that the World Exhibition EXPO 2020 was postponed for a year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Exhibition opened on October 1, 2021. This time 192 countries and a number of international organizations are participating in the large-scale event. The pavilion of Turkmenistan is located in the Mobility zone.
The Exhibition will last until March 31.
