Today, a new Law of Turkmenistan “On Social Services” has been published, which defines the legal, organizational and economic basis for the provision of social services to certain categories of persons.
The Law, which comes into force on January 1, 2022, prescribes, among other things, such provisions as state regulation and control in the field of social services; state guarantees in the field of social services; features of the provision of social services; the rights and obligations of users and employees of social service providers.
The new law was published in today's issue of the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.
Earlier we reported that amendments were made to the Code of Turkmenistan on social protection of the population.
