A new service has been launched at the international airport of Turkmenabat, which makes it possible to send goods to other regions of the country, even if the owner does not fly to the corresponding city, the newspaper “Turkmen Gundogary” reports.
The same service is available at other airports in the country.
As “Turkmenportal” was informed at the international airport of Turkmenabat, goods weighing up to 5 kilograms are sent from the passenger terminal, and heavy and oversized parcels weighing 30 kilograms from the cargo terminal.
Before departure, the airport employee must present the shipment and documents.
The cost of sending cargo is calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the specific destination airport.
