In Paris, a proposal was voiced to hold one of the sessions of the meeting of the administrative and budgetary committee of the International Exhibitions Bureau in Ashgabat.
The proposal was made by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to France during participation in the regular meeting of the administrative and budgetary committee of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE). This was reported by sng.today with reference to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Paris.
This proposal was approved and accepted by the BIE Secretariat, as well as by the committee members.
The event participants also approved the agenda of the meeting and ratified the minutes of the previous meeting, held on October 19, 2023. Subsequently, the representative of Gabon was elected vice-chairman of the Committee on Management and Budget.
Let us recall that Turkmenistan became a member of the administrative and budgetary committee of the International Exhibitions Bureau in 2023.
