In order to improve the efficiency of traditional fields and develop new deposits – mainly deep-lying and hard-to-recover reserves, specialists of the state concern "Türkmennebit" are expanding cooperation with foreign companies in the field of high-tech services, which allows to significantly increase the level of oil production in Turkmenistan.

Since the beginning of the year, more than 4 million 850 thousand tons of "black gold" have been extracted from the country's subsoil, taking into account the contribution of foreign partners developing deposits in accordance with the "production sharing" agreements. Of these, more than 1 million 950 thousand tons of oil were produced by employees of the State concern "Türkmennebit".

Ensuring stable operation of the oil and gas industry is directly related to the modernization of infrastructure and production facilities, updating equipment and equipment, and introduction of effective technologies. As an example, the Chinese national oil and gas Corporation (CNPC), Dragon oil (UAE), Petronas (Malaysia), Eni (Italy), Mitro International (Austria), as well as leading companies in Japan and the Republic of Korea in the construction of high-tech production complexes for oil and gas processing can be noted as productive work in the field of field exploration and development.

The existing good prospects for significant oil and gas reserves on the Turkmen shelf of the Caspian Sea will also help to increase the growth of hydrocarbon resources and strengthen the raw material base of the complex.
