By decree of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the Minister of culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ozodbek Nazarbekov was awarded the honorary title "Honored artist of Turkmenistan", the information program "Vatan" of the Turkmen television reported.
This honorary title was awarded to Ozodbek Ahmadovich Nazarbekov for his great services in strengthening friendly, fraternal, good-neighborly and partnership relations between the countries, in promoting long-term Turkmen-Uzbek cultural and humanitarian cooperation, as well as taking into account the success in the development of musical and song art and professional skills, the Decree says.
