A new passenger bus station is being built in Dashoguz, the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper reports.
This large facility is being built as part of the implementation of large-scale state transformation programs initiated by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and will serve to solve an important national task of developing modern transport and communication infrastructure in the regions of the country.
The new bus station is being built by the construction teams of the ES "Muhammet-Balkan", taking into account the advanced achievements in the field of urban planning and the traditions of national architecture.
The project provides for installing an installation in the form of carpet gel, traditional for Dashoguz velayat, in the center of the original building of the new bus station, taking into account the harmonious urban environment and the use of elements of national architecture. A spacious waiting room, offices for drivers and service personnel, ticket offices, information services, a buffet, retail outlets, and a mother and child room will be compactly planned and placed here. The bus station will be equipped with digital technologies and modern communication systems, which will ensure passenger service at a high quality level. The vast territory will accommodate modern standards of Parking for buses and taxis.
Lawns with young coniferous and deciduous trees, flower beds, and roads will be laid out on the adjacent territory.
The new passenger bus station under construction in Dashoguz will be fully operational in February 2022.
