Nokerguly Atagulyev met with Georgian Prime Minister Kobakhidze

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Nokerguly Atagulyev met with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze on Monday, 1tv.ge reports.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation. According to the Georgian government, the meeting noted that Georgian-Turkmen relations have reached a qualitatively new level, and emphasized the role of high-level visits in further strengthening interstate ties.

Particular attention was paid to trade and economic cooperation, as well as prospects for collaboration in agriculture and tourism.

The regional agenda was also discussed during the talks. The parties praised Turkmenistan's efforts to strengthen peace and stability in Central Asia, emphasizing the importance of pursuing such a course for the region's sustainable development.
