Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Belarus, Nazarguly Shagulyev, paid a working visit to Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno from March 26 to 27, reports Turkmenistan: Golden Age.

The university hosted a celebratory event to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence. The event also featured the presentation of Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov's new book, "Turkmenistan's Neutrality: A Bright Path to Peace and Trust."

Turkmen university students performed musical and literary numbers.

Before the event, the Turkmen diplomat met with the university's leadership to discuss issues related to studying bilateral experience in the framework of scientific and educational cooperation.

N. Shagulyev toured the academic buildings of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, its educational structure, and the living conditions of Turkmen students.

A separate meeting was held with Turkmen students studying at the university.
