The Turkmenistan youth team will participate in the Central Asian Football Association (CAFA) U17 Championship, which will be held in Tashkent from April 4 to 14, 2026. The CAFA press service announced this.

The matches will be held at the Dustlik Stadium in Tashkent. In addition to Turkmenistan, the competition will also feature teams from Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

Footballers born on or after January 1, 2010, are eligible to participate.

According to CAFA, the tournament aims to prepare young national teams from the region for continental and global competitions. The official match schedule and additional details will be published soon.
