Apple unveiled the iPhone 17e, the direct successor to the iPhone 16e. The 256GB version is priced at 599 USD. Immediately after the unveiling, the previous model was officially discontinued.

The new smartphone is equipped with an A19 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and a C1X modem. It features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display with a 60 Hz refresh rate. The screen is protected by an updated Ceramic Shield 2 coating, which, according to the company, improves damage resistance.

The manufacturer simultaneously unveiled an updated version of the iPad Air. The tablet runs on an M4 processor, comes with 8GB of RAM, and an additional Apple N1 chip. The device supports Wi-Fi 6E technology. The 11-inch version costs 599 USD, while the 13-inch version costs $799.
