The President of Turkmenistan met with the Minister of Trade of Türkiye

Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received Turkish Trade Minister Ömer Bolat, who arrived in the country on a visit, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reported.

The Turkish minister conveyed greetings from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to the Turkmen leader and noted the high level of bilateral cooperation. Bolat emphasized the important role of Turkmenistan's neutral status in strengthening peace in the region and noted that the Turkish leader's participation in the forum dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality, which was held in Ashgabat last December, elevated political and diplomatic relations between the countries to a new level.
