Mosaic Visa has become the official processor for visa applications to  Türkiye for citizens of Turkmenistan. The new visa center will replace Gateway International, which has ceased operations in the country. The company announced this on its social media.

The Mosaic Visa Turkmenistan center will open in Ashgabat soon at 2127 (G. Kuliyev street), building No. 71 (MB Söwda Merkezi). Starting January 12, applications will be accepted by appointment only.

Citizens will be able to submit documents in two ways: through the online portal or in person at the center's office. Applications previously submitted through Gateway International will remain valid and will be processed as usual.

The visa regime between the two countries has been in effect since September 13, 2022. Turkmen citizens can apply for various visa categories: tourist, work, student, business, transit, and others. The required documents are determined by the type of visa requested, in accordance with Turkish regulations.

Mosaic Visa is accredited by the consular offices of the Republic of Türkiye. The center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, and during Ramadan from 9:00 to 14:00.

The company emphasizes that final decisions on visa issuance or denial rest solely with the consulate.
