Students from the Balkanabat Oil Vocational School completed their on-the-job training at the facilities of the state-owned concern “Türkmennebit”. The future industry specialists were introduced to various stages of the production process at the concern's facilities, according to the newspaper “Neft-Gaz”.

During their internship, students learned how to operate various equipment and mastered advanced oil and gas production and processing technologies. Interns had the opportunity to observe specialists working directly at production sites, where they gained a detailed understanding of safety regulations and organizational aspects of the oil and gas sector.

Experienced professionals from the concern shared their knowledge with the interns and advised them on production issues, which allowed the young people to gain valuable experience for future work in the industry.
