In his New Year's greetings to Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev emphasized that effective cooperation between Moscow and Ashgabat serves the interests of stability and security in the Central Asian and Caspian regions.
"Please accept my sincere New Year's greetings! Over the past year, the Russian-Turkmen deepened strategic partnership has developed dynamically in all areas. I am convinced that effective cooperation between Moscow and Ashgabat serves the interests of ensuring sustainable socioeconomic growth in our countries and strengthening stability and security in the Central Asian and Caspian regions," Medvedev wrote. The text of the congratulatory message was published on the website of the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.
The Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health, happiness, and well-being, and peace and prosperity to all citizens of friendly Turkmenistan.
