The Turkmen side condemns the attack on the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Turkmen Foreign Ministry reported.
"In connection with reports of an attack on the residence of the Russian President, the Turkmen side expresses concern and condemns such actions, which threaten international security and stability, especially against the backdrop of efforts being undertaken to resolve the conflict through negotiations," the statement said.
Turkmenistan, as a state with permanent neutrality recognized by the United Nations, always emphasizes the need to resolve any international issues solely through peaceful, political, and diplomatic means and methods, the department added.
