Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory message to Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov on his birthday, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
"Under your visionary and confident leadership, the Kyrgyz Republic continues to achieve significant success in strengthening its statehood, socioeconomic development, and enhancing its authority on the international stage," the message reads.
Noting the high dynamics and constructive nature of comprehensive cooperation between Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan, the head of state particularly emphasized Japarov's personal attention and significant contribution to the further strengthening of friendly relations between the countries.
Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished Sadryu Japarov good health, prosperity, and happiness, as well as continued success in his public service for the benefit of the people of Kyrgyzstan.
