Starting December 5, shopping centers, markets, and stores in Turkmenistan will begin festive trading in honor of International Neutrality Day and the upcoming New Year. Deputy Prime Minister N. Atagulyev announced this at a government meeting on Friday.
Mobile retail outlets are also planned. A corresponding proposal was submitted to the head of state for his consideration.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of taking appropriate measures to fully meet the public's demand for various products during the upcoming holidays.
Noting the need to properly organize the operation of mobile retail outlets and ensure markets and stores are supplied with sufficient quantities of food products, including vegetables, melons, and fruit and berry products, the head of state addressed the Deputy Prime Minister with the relevant instructions, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
