On the first day of the International Conference and Exhibition "Development of the Construction, Industrial, Chemical, and Energy Industries of Turkmenistan" (CIET 2025), B2G meetings were held at the “Avaza” National Tourist Zone with representatives of leading international companies and heads of Turkmen government agencies, according to the Turkmen Energy Forum.
The parties discussed prospects for joint projects in energy, industrial construction, transport infrastructure, and chemical production, as well as mechanisms for financing and implementing innovative solutions.
The CIET 2025 Forum is taking place November 3-4. It is organized by the State Concern “Turkmenhimiya”, the Ministry of Industry and Construction of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Construction and Architecture, the State Agency for Road Construction Management, the Ashgabat City Administration, and the Turkmen Energy Forum.

It's worth noting that the forum's plenary session focused on prospects for sustainable investment and mutually beneficial cooperation in key sectors of the Turkmen economy. Presentations were made by Deputy Prime Minister Baymyrat Annamammedov, Minister of Industry and Construction Production Toyguly Nurov, and the heads of major international companies, including Çalık Holding, Rönesans Holding, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
The first thematic session focused on the transition to green energy and the development of the chemical industry. The discussion was attended by Energy Minister Annageldi Saparov, Acting Chairman of the State Concern "Turkmenhimiya" Tanryguly Atayev, Minister of Agriculture Charyar Chetiyev, and representatives of international companies. Participants discussed the implementation of environmentally friendly technologies and the expansion of international cooperation to achieve sustainable development goals.
The CIET 2025 exhibition showcased the achievements of domestic enterprises and cutting-edge technologies from international companies in the fields of construction, energy, industry, transport infrastructure, and building materials production. Particular attention was paid to the modernization of production facilities and the implementation of digital solutions.
The forum will continue on November 4 with thematic sessions, bilateral negotiations, and presentations of new industrial and infrastructure projects.
