The Turkmenistan office of the international law firm GRATA International is organizing a free business seminar on October 31 titled “Why Every Business Needs a Lawyer.” The event will take place from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ish Nokady coworking center, located in the Arkach business center in Ashgabat.

The seminar will bring together practicing lawyers and business professionals to discuss key aspects of corporate and contract law, as well as taxation. Presentations will be given by leading company experts: Managing Partner Ikbal Said Alauddin, Advisor Mekan Byashimov, Senior Lawyers Serdar Amanov and Lachin Amandurdyyeva, and Lawyer Annamengli Rozymuradova.

The program includes four thematic blocks:

• Introduction to GRATA International Hukuk Consulting;

• Corporate law and establishing the legal framework for business;

• Contract law as a tool to protect company interests; and

• Understanding tax obligations.
